i1m88 Terms & Conditions – Platform Use Agreement

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and i1m88 ("i1m88", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the i1m88 website, mobile web application, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the i1m88 Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your i1m88 account. i1m88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email to your registered address or by prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

Use of the i1m88 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• Are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter;
• Are accessing the Platform voluntarily, of their own free will, and not on behalf of any third party;
• Are not located in, or ordinarily resident in, a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• Are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of i1m88, or an immediate family member of the same;
• Have not previously been excluded from the Platform or any i1m88 affiliated service.

i1m88 reserves the right to request identity documentation ("KYC") at any time to verify eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification. Players who provide false information in connection with eligibility will forfeit all account balances and bonuses.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active i1m88 account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. i1m88 will merge or close duplicate accounts at its sole discretion, and any balances or bonuses associated with secondary accounts may be voided without notice.

You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and for keeping your account details up to date. i1m88 will not be liable for any failure to deliver notifications or process transactions arising from inaccurate contact details provided by you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your i1m88 login credentials. You must notify i1m88 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. i1m88 will not be held liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All i1m88 accounts operate in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). i1m88 supports deposits and withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX bank transfer. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at i1m88's discretion.

The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. i1m88 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all payment methods used must be registered in the same name as your i1m88 account.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, where operationally possible. Verified accounts in good standing can expect withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for eWallet methods during normal operational hours, subject to payment provider availability. i1m88 reserves the right to conduct enhanced checks on large or unusual withdrawal requests prior to release.

i1m88 will withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Players who have not yet completed identity verification should do so promptly to avoid delays. Withdrawals requested in contravention of active bonus wagering requirements may be declined until the applicable wagering condition is satisfied.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the Platform in a manner not intended for human play;
• Colluding with other players in any casino game, live dealer session, or poker variant;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes for financial gain;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other activity that may contravene applicable law;
• Opening accounts on behalf of third parties or using payment methods registered to third parties;
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after having received services or gaming credits.

8. Responsible Gaming

• KYC verification has not been completed within a reasonable period following request;
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more;

Upon account termination for violation of these Terms, i1m88 may withhold pending balances pending investigation. Balances in accounts closed for reasons other than a breach of Terms will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the i1m88 Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game graphics, interface design, software architecture, written content, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of i1m88 or its licensed software providers. No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of i1m88. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, i1m88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if i1m88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

i1m88's total aggregate liability to any player for any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total sum deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which i1m88 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to the dispute resolution process set out in i1m88's licensing jurisdiction.
